Individual English tuition for work
These courses are designed for individual students who wish to make rapid progress over a period of 1 week or more. Each course is specifically designed for the student, based on an in-depth needs analysis, placement test and phone interview before arrival in the UK. All course materials are included in the fees.
Our fees include extensive pre-course preparation:
- You or your company contact us for private, individual English tuition.
- We telephone you or your company directly and carry out an in-depth needs analysis.
- We send you an entrance test to complete before you begin your course.
- We then send you or your company a proposed course syllabus including results of error analysis from the test.
Examples of study themes from previous students attending our school:
- Presentation skills including aspects such as audience, speech delivery and pronunciation and effective use of words.
- Writing emails.
- Using the telephone effectively in business.
- Vocabulary extension in specific professional areas such as English for finance, English for marketing and sales.
- Business meetings in the multi-national board room.
- Networking and socialising for work.
